803 Bella Verde Sun City

Sun City Center is a self-contained community.

Everything you need (and a lot of what you want!) is at your fingertips in La Paloma, but inside this beautifully maintained 5 bedroom, 4 bath home is what you really want to know about.

Kitchen with Granite and dark wood cabinets

The kitchen has a functional layout for cooking with a great aesthetic.

The beautifully upgraded kitchen is one of our favorite  parts of this home (besides the killer pool, of course!). The custom glass tile back splash perfectly ties together the dark wood cabinets and contrasting granite. And the stainless steel French door refrigerator? Yes, please!

As if looking out to the pool from the living room weren’t enough, you can also enjoy that view over breakfast in the cozy breakfast nook.

The lanai, with rustic colored pavers, pool, mesh safety fence and screened enclosure, is a living space all on its own. If you like to entertain, the pool makes a great backdrop. If you like to relax and enjoy the quiet, the pool is the place to do it. Did we mention we like the pool?

Sparkling pool with pavered lanai and screen

The covered lanai is roomy enough for a full suite of outdoor furniture.

One of the homes 5 bedrooms has been re-purposed into a bonus room – we LOVE this idea! It creates this inviting, informal hang out. And the en suite bath is an extra plus!

A formal dining room, full of natural light, welcomes you when you walk in the door. Imagine your family sitting there, waiting for you with dinner after a fun day on the golf course.

Master bathroom with beautiful upgrades

The Master Bath has two granite vanities, a garden tub, and a separate shower enclosure – everyone has their space!

You’ll feel right at home in the comfy master suite, which has a spacious en suite bath containing dual vanities with dark cabinets and contrasting granite. A garden tub with tile surround, private water closet, and fully enclosed shower round out the master bath.

Ryland Homes Opens Model, New Phase at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia, Homes Priced From the mid-200s

TAMPA, Fla. — Ryland Homes has started sales in a new phase of single-family homes priced from the mid $200s at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia.

Mike Finley, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the developer is planning a large scale grand opening event in December at FishHawk Ranch to showcase 14 new model homes.

Ryland will showcase its Frost II model at the event.  The two-story Frost II plan features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths in 2,595 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.

Ryland Homes plans to build three, four, five and six-bedroom homes in six distinctive floor plans in the new phase at FishHawk Ranch that will range in size from 1,853 square feet of living space to 2,595 square feet.

Finley said a Central Park community swimming pool and splash park, a Lake House on a large lake, state-of-the-art fitness center, hiking trails, a dog park and children’s playgrounds are planned for the new neighborhood.

In The Press: FishHawk Ranch begins new housing phase, commercial center

The Tampa Tribune published a recent article about FishHawk West:

Newland is in discussion with several groups that would build in a village center adjacent to The Mosaic Company, which has its headquarters there, said Newland Vice President and General Manager Tom Panaseny.

The center would include medical offices, a grocery anchor, retail shopping and rental apartments.

Panaseny said more details on the village center will be released later this year when Newland has signed contracts.

“FishHawk Ranch” The name has been finalized!

The powers that be have decided to name the community “FishHawk Ranch” … the same name as the existing phases. They decided that the name has a strong brand association and that it’s probably best to leave well enough alone.

This begs the question as to whether they’ll change their mind and provide an intra-local agreement for the different phases to share amenities, but no official word on that just yet.
